Milano, a young, multicultural and dynamic city in the north of Italy, where culture, business, art and fashion fuse to create a different vibes and way of living in the Italian panorama. This is where Bentoteca, the project of chef Yoji Tokujoshi has come to live. Japanese born chef Tokujoshi has then moved to Italy, where he learned the traditions and techniques of high Italian gastronomy. Entering the restaurant warm feelings and a dynamic ambience together gives the possibilities to live the experience in different ways…chef table, where you can see the kitchen and chef working, a big sharing table, an ordinary sitting table and a saloon where, different ways but the same cuisine to live a kitchen that propose the real and pure Japanese flavors that takes also some influences and shades of Italian cuisine all realized with high quality product.
