A cuisine; the one of chef Dominik Hartmann, that plays with techniques, precision and elegance. Bringing his own vision on the work with vegetables he’ll play with textures, sweet-sour, herbs and acidity; making a detectable and precise style.

Magdalena

Rickenbach a little city of Canton Schwyz in Switzerland. It’s here that you’ll find Magdalena the project of chef Dominik Hartmann.

Entering the door you’ll find a clean, pure and Nordic style where big round wood tables or some smaller square table characterize the forniture; but most of all some big windows show to the guests a breathtaking view on the “Vierwaldstättersee”.
A minimalistic table setting without tablecloth is what you’ll find when you’re seated at the table.
